The White Paper is about how Learning & Development (L&D) organizations can deliver on the new learning agenda and be at the forefront of the revolution in learning.
Our motive for the document: We experience that the customers we talk to are addressing the challenge of re-inventing L&D from very different approaches – but with very few customers seeing “the full picture”. The white paper is an attempt to form a basis for a holistic discussion about what it takes to build a new, empowered learning culture – including, but not confined to, a technology perspective.
It is a bit “nerdish” and not easy to read. We plan to make more popular papers and videos to illustrate the key points in more popular formats that can more easily be shared.
