ISS wants to build a stronger leadership culture based on a new set of leadership competencies. That is a huge challenge in itself – but when the target group is 10.000 leaders spread over 45 countries it demands some extra thinking.
One of the important elements in the program is the ISS Leadership Portal – powered by Triggerz.
During this event, Christian Lauritzen, Head of Group Learning & Development at ISS, will explain how this ties into the overall program design. Next up, Flemming Fog, CEO of Triggerz, will present examples of the end user experience and the personalized learning journeys that Triggerz supports.
